The same passion and dedication brings together the expertise of Jean-Claude Berrouet (well known winemaker for Chateau Petrus) & Claude Bourguignon (well known soil analyst for Romanee Conti), giving the wine a powerful guarantee of excellent quality.
Blending: • 82% Merlot, • 18% Cabernet Franc
Tasting Note: Intense deep and rich purple garnet color blend, with a fascinating complexity that is instantly revealed in the “first nose”. Aromas of the vineyard rises from the glass with notes of delicate woody scent, exotic, nutmeg, cinnamon and black olives. On the palate, the wine is well built, well-balanced and with a relatively tight texture. Good aromatic presence towards the final where typical mineral character of the vineyard is released.
