Tasting Note by (James Suckling): This is a structured and powerful wine with layer of firm and chewy tannin and ripe fruit. Sophisticated. Plenty of fruit with berry, flower and chocolate. Give it another year or two to resolve some of the tannin with fruit.
Food Pairing:Perfect drink with lamb and beef, together with chinese dishes or cheese.
